1971

Founding of the R.S.V.P Unternehmensberatung GmbH [R.S.V.P. Management Consulting Ltd.] as the German subsidiary of Spencer Stuart Management Consultants, one of the world's leading consulting groups for personnel consulting and personnel development.



1971 to 1979

Organization and expansion of the "personnel consulting" business. R.S.V.P. evolves into one of the leading consulting companies in this field for the German speaking market.



1979

Takeover of R.S.V.P., in the context of an MBO, and the start up of restructuring into a partnership association with the legal form of a GmbH [limited liability company].



1982

Qualitative and quantitative expansion of the scope of consulting: evolution from a personnel consulting company into a consulting firm which provides competent economic and organizational consulting services.

1985
First offering of "interim management": in addition to consulting, taking full responsibility as project manager, business manager or executive board member.



1990

Commencement of activities in former East German states (since 1999 as R.S.V.P. Kommunalberatung GmbH [R.S.V.P. Municipal Consulting Ltd.]).




1998

Reorganization of R.S.V.P. -Consulting Group business fields under the sovereignty of R.S.V.P. Consulting Beteiligungs Aktiengesellschaft [R.S.V.P Consulting Shareholder Company] with business fields for:

  • management consulting and interim management
  • personnel consulting
  • municipal consulting
  • IT consulting

Founding of the R.S.V.P. Management Solutions GmbH
